79bd Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the 79bd website accessible at 79bd.io, including all associated pages, services, features, and content.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or similar incentive credited to a Player's Account by 79bd.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process 79bd uses to confirm a Player's age, identity, and payment ownership.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the official time zone of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, used as the reference time for all Platform operations.
• "Taka" / "BDT" / "৳" means the official currency of Bangladesh, Bangladeshi Taka, in which all Platform transactions are denominated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

These Terms are effective from the date of your Account registration or your first use of the Platform, whichever occurs first. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

3 Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, you confirm that:

• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organisation in placing bets or accessing the Platform.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 79bd, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicit written consent has been obtained.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 79bd or any other gaming platform that would prohibit your access.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an Account with 79bd terminated for breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the 79bd Platform only. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep that information current throughout the life of your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. 79bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of any registration details at any time.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal, 79bd may require you to complete a KYC verification process. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, together with proof of address and proof of ownership of your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 79bd may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 79bd will never ask you to disclose your password. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to our support team without undue delay.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

79bd accepts deposits exclusively via the following Bangladeshi payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and will be returned to the source.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your Account tier, verification status, and the deposit method selected. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of deposit.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time under normal circumstances. In the event of a technical delay affecting a payment provider, crediting may take up to 30 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.

5.4 Currency

All Account Balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals on the 79bd Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion is applied. Funds deposited in any other currency will not be accepted.

5.5 Deposit Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the funds you deposit on the Platform are from a legitimate source and that you have the authority to use the payment method in question. 79bd reserves the right to request evidence of fund source as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, and only to an account registered in your own legal name. Cross-method and third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until your Balance reaches or exceeds the minimum amount.

6.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours. In exceptional circumstances — including but not limited to system maintenance, public holidays, or high-volume periods — processing may take up to 24 hours. 79bd will notify affected Players of any anticipated delays via Account notification or email.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Attempting to withdraw funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the automatic removal of the Bonus Funds portion from the withdrawal request.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

79bd offers various promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. 79bd reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that remain incomplete at the time of expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
• 79bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to qualifying Players.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, collusion, or placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may lead to Account termination.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the 79bd Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount, and any applicable odds before confirming. 79bd does not accept liability for bets placed in error by the Player.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game, market type, and Account tier. Current stake limits are displayed within each game or betting market at the time of wagering. 79bd reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by 79bd in circumstances including but not limited to: technical malfunction during bet placement, clearly incorrect odds caused by a manifest error, cancellation of the relevant sporting event, or evidence of match manipulation. In all void bet scenarios, the original stake is returned to the Player's Balance.

8.4 Live In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are offered on selected events. 79bd reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time during an event. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension remain valid unless subsequently voided in accordance with clause 8.3.

8.5 Game Outcomes

All casino and slots game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by our licensed game providers, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Habanero, and Spribe. 79bd does not influence or manipulate game outcomes. 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 79bd Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraudulent transactions.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with 79bd.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or glitches for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform or its underlying software.
• Abusing the bonus or promotional system in any manner, including but not limited to bonus hunting or multi-accounting.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to access or operate your Account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 79bd Platform — including but not limited to the 79bd brand name, logo, website design, user interface, text, graphics, game assets, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 79bd or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 79bd.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in or to any Platform content.

11 Responsible Gaming

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 79bd Account holders at no charge and without requiring support intervention:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders that notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period selected.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 79bd's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

79bd shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or 79bd had been advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or information.
• Loss of opportunity, goodwill, or reputation.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage.
• Losses arising from interruption of service due to maintenance, technical failure, third-party payment provider outage, or circumstances beyond 79bd's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 79bd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Privacy & Data

79bd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14 Amendments to These Terms

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 79bd aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure within a reasonable timeframe, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal process.

All times referenced in dispute resolution proceedings shall be calculated in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
